Information obligations according to BattVO for the disposal of batteries

According to § 12 sentence 1 No. 1-3 BattV (Ordinance on the return and disposal of used batteries and accumulators (BattVO) of March 27, 1998 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 658)), we as the seller point out that the customer as End users are legally obliged to return used batteries. Batteries can be returned free of charge to the seller or in his immediate vicinity after use. If batteries are sent to the seller, the package must be stamped sufficiently.
